Post Feedback - Admin Center

If I am at my notebook (small screen), I can´t reach the admin center, when I am in Zendesk Support. No scrollbar appears there:

 

My workaround is, i switch zu Zendesk Guide and there appears the scrollbar. 

 

Would be better, if this bug is fixed :)

Hi, hat noch jemand das Problem, dass eine Anmeldung im Help Center im Incognito Modus von Firefox nicht möglich ist?

Es erfolgt bei Klick auf “Login” ein Return zur Startseite ohne jegliche Fehlermeldung. Der Zendesk Support, vermutet, dass es an unserem Theme liegt (wir haben ein eigen angepasstes).

Hi Ifra, 
Unfortunately, I can't get it to work. We already have code for the accordion function. I hope that doesn't matter. 
I have slightly adapted my source code to our code (changed the class to our class), but unfortunately the toggleClass and the panel do not work. What do I need to check? See attached some screenshots (yellow marked is the “old” code).

Hi Ifra, no not by default. The accordion should open, if the customer uses the link to the accordion. 
For your information: We use instead of the

element,

element, for getting a link to the accordion element. But then, the customer has to click again, to get the information, and this is not so pretty.

Hi, we have implemented the accordions and they work well. But our support often has to sent links to article content / also to content in accordions and we want, that the customer gets allready the open accordion. Is this possible? Can we sent links with the “instruction” to open the accordion directly? Thank you.

Macros that are created with Dynamic Content should be translated in the macro overview, as otherwise admins cannot have an overview of the macros. 

 

We currently live with a workaround - that we have written all macros in German and English. This means that the agents can find them in their own language and the admins can also find them in the macro overview and can also filter them using the categories.

Feature Request Summary: 

Please add the possibility to sort posts by creating date, in the gather dashboard.   

Description/Use Cases: 

For the evaluation, which current posts (customer questions + posts from us) are currently read, we need the sorting by creation date. 
Unfortunately, I could not add any sorting for this column in the dashboard, but this should be standard. 

Business impact of limitation or missing feature:

Necessary for our monthly reporting of our community.
