Hey Zachary, thanks for your reply! I'll definitely look into that option and see if it will meet the requirements.
We originally wanted to set up messaging but it didn't allow for us to authentication details to the widget so we had to use the basic chat, however, I understand this is also under development.

Hey :-)
I'm about to activate a help center of ours and we want to make sure the articles are not searchable in Google. Currently the settings are so that only end users in a certain segment can view the content and only via logging in, will this ensure these article aren't searchable on google?

Hey, we have two brands and we want each one to have different end user authentication requirements - one with external authentication and one with social login (google auth). In the admin settings I don't see a way to differentiate this by brand, is this possible??

I have it set up this way and it's currently business hours but the trigger isn't running. Any ideas?
The trigger runs properly as soon as I remove those two conditions

I think what's confusing me is that there is also a trigger condition on the schedule itself. So I guess ignore that condition and just use these two. I'll try that thank you!
When I tried it now the trigger failed to run even though we are in business hours but I'll try it again. Thanks

How can I set up a trigger that runs only when we are NOT within scheduled hours?
I.e. I want an autoreply that runs when it's business hours and one that runs when it's not business hours

Our triggers are categorized into groups, will the run order still be from top to bottom of the whole list, or is it top to bottom within each group?
For example:
Category 1:
trigger 1a
trigger 1b
Category 2:
trigger 2a
trigger 2b
Will triggers 1a and 2a run together or will 2a run after 1b?
