Can you please provide guidance on how to stop this app from using my account to leave internal notes on tickets? We'd like to change the account used by the app to a different account.

@... may I know what issues you're having with SLA Timers app?  I was just looking at possibly implementing it in our instance, but I'm curious to know the side effects.

Is there a plan to provide more of a custom schedule delivery?  We'd like to share the same dashboards at the beginning and end of the week, so having a weekly delivery with the option to select multiple days would be helpful.

Currently, one would have to schedule multiple deliveries for the same dashboard.
