It's been 10 years since I originally asked for CCs to be moved into the Triggers/View, and instead they "revamped" CCs 2 years ago by just copying the code for that and adding a duplicate hard coded section for "Followers" within Ticket Settings, where the notification can't be disabled, edited, or customized, instead of moving them to Triggers (where *all* other notifications live and can be customized).

FYI there is a related FREQ for showing CCs & Follows within Views, but doesn't mention if they are fixing the notifications too:

If this feature isn't implemented before Insights is removed, we'll have to go with another product that can actually limit KPIs to individual users, like Insights can. Please extend the retirement date of Insights before January, else we'll have to start the migration process now to complete before February, at which point it will be too late, and we'll take all the clients we've recommended to use Zendesk with us.

It's completely irresponsible to remove Insights (which has this feature, by being able to limit dashboard drop-down selections by "aspect" aka user) without having query or drop down permissions in Insights. If this isn't added before Insights is removed, we will have to move to another product.
