 At MOO, we'd love it if it were possible to embed hyperlinks in dynamic content.

We frequently try to get our customers interested in some of our alternative products by running 'Customer Service product of the month' promotions. We tell customers about this through dynamic content when we've resolved an issue with them (as a little "you're welcome" treat) and we're currently having to add long ugly urls to direct them to the promoted products. If we could just embed hyperlinks to those products within the dynamic content (so they click on the product name in the text to go straight to the product page), this would be a much smoother and seamless experience for them.
