Hi there! I can't find the option to enable the auto-answer for our agents. Is there a way to activate it? Has it been already deployed? Regards, Teo

Any change should be logged and accessible, this is mandatory to have for all the Zendesk admins!

I have the same problem with telephone numbers. As is not a drop down I can´t link both.

Please create a Audit log acording to your product category. Logging group changes, hability to search and export, etc....

Yes please! We need to inform our Agents about which reason the user chosed, not only the coment.
