Agree with all of the above. We really need to be able to edit the organization on a closed ticket. We had tickets that were misassigned and we want to be able to correct this inaccuracy.

This is something new that just started happening to our tickets as well after over a year of using Answer Bot. We are having to exclude certain customers from Answer Bot now as a result.
