Hello- can I please confirm it is possible to have unique hosts mapped for each brand in a single multi-brand Zendesk tenant? For example:

Zendesk Brand Yoyodyne, host map support.yoyodyne.com

Zendesk Brand Overthruster, host map support.overthruster.com

Following up on my comment above, I did a quick test, and it seems I was able to create 2 different bots for the same brand, and assign them to unique messaging channels, as shown here.

In the article above:

• The same bot will be shared by all channels within a brand. You can’t have different bot experiences on different social channels to your Web Widget, if those channels share the same brand.

Is this accurate with the EAP? I seem to be able to create multiple different bots within the same brand now (although I have not yet tried to publish more than one).

In both Safari (14.0.3) and Chrome (89.0.4389.128) running on macOS Big Sur (11.2.3), many label graphics are scrambled in the stock queries and dashboards, as per the attached graphics.

I am confused. We can't access this benchmark data in Explore, and it is no longer available in the Reporting section of Support. So, you simply can't get there from here?

We are excited about the Team Publishing workflow in Guide, but find it sorely lacking any feedback mechanisms between creators, reviewers, and publishers. We would like to see you introduce support for comments/side conversations connected with Articles, such that a reviewer can request changes and send an article back to a creator, for example.

We would like to have the ability to add internal comments to an article during the review process. The use case would be that an editor/reviewer is requesting changes from a contributor, which can be documented as internal comments and sent back.
