Atlassian has been pushing its customers to upgrade to latest version of JIRA data center version. This upgrade is needed for organizations looking for long-term support and also mitigate the security vulnerabilities identified in its legacy versions.

In order to achieve this upgrade - we will need a JIRA-Zendesk plugin which is compatible with the latest 10.x versions. It would be great if Zendesk can upgrade this plugin for its customers as the latest launched version was in June 2024.

Eugene Orman - is there any update on this topic on by when zendesk explore would have a feature available on ageing tickets by # of business days metrics ? This feature did exist in past when we used Zendesk analytics but not sure why this was wiped off with Zendesk explore.

Walter Bellante - thank you for the update. When is the GA expected to be available as we are unable to schedule few of our critical reports ? Is there any way to go back the classic version of explore and schedule the reports?

Hi Zendesk team - I still don't see scheduling option available in Explore Beta version - is this something yet to be launched? Please let me know.

Ronald - thankyou . Using tags we were able to overcome the limitation of 50 orgs per user segment.

Ronald - can you please feedback if the above workaround of using Tags has worked to overcome this hard limit restriction of 50 orgs per each user segment?

Are there any further updates on this topic of having true malware scanning made available on all attachments? Apart from using email channels we are using web widgets and web portal channels that allow our users to submit tickets. I am more interested to know by when we can expect this true malware feature made available.

I also have the same problem. Even though I have added the tag as "Explore" it doesn't allow me to send the reports to share the dashboard.
