The tool did seem to work but it only downloads about 1/2 of our articles. I wonder if some criteria must be met before the file is generated?

Thank you @Wes for that information but can you please tell me what you mean by the "HTML tab"? I'm a bit of a newbie. Is that something I access via the theme editor? Thanks!
