I also agree with Catherine Bostwick. @ mentioning someone as a light agent to at least add them as a follower seems to be an expected functionality. It would be helpful for our team for sure.

Please allow for some kind of reference to the post the end-user is referencing. For example, a person sends an IG message saying hey, where can I get this? Referencing a story post that is not visible in the ticket.

The ability to deactivate fields is becoming more and more of a necessity as time passes. Please make this a priority as it's becoming very time-consuming to manage this.

This would also be very helpful for us. Our sales quality team uses this app relatively often to interact with tickets.
These people are the liaison between our lab and sales team.
This team is often times working from the road and need to access all methods of communication through the support interface especially including side conversations because this is how we interact with sales team members regarding quality concerns.
