Adding a voice in support of the ability to View, Edit, and Delete labels, and a request for an update from Zendesk Support on a 4+ year old suggestion.
Echoing use cases noted above ... it is too easy to inadvertently add an incorrect label, then you have no way of removing it, and it becomes likely to be selected and used again in the future. There is also no way for me to even view a simple list of current/existing labels. Going to the All Articles list and filtering by Label does not bring up all Label options ... I have to already know which Labels exist in order to filter accordingly.

@Bogdan please add my voice along with @Brad for the "decision makers" to consider both "multiple sections" and "reusable content" for Guide Professional.
While I understand the need to reserve certain functionality as added value in a tiered subscription model, the number of comments, and the span of time over which this feature has been repeatedly requested, suggest that it should be considered more as standard functionality and made available to a broader group of customers.
Thank you!

We have implemented JS redirects, but it appears that these do not function properly when clicked from within the Zendesk Web Widget. Can anyone else using JS report on this?
Scenario: We imported all articles from another system. Our articles include links to other articles, based on the old system. Redirects function properly when that link is accessed via the web browser. If an article is pulled up via the Web Widget, and a link clicked from within, a new browser tab opens and the redirect fails.
