I agree it is necessary for us to have a read only field.

Some fields are populated from a 3rd party system through integration and I do not want agents to make changes to those fields

I still do not see any solutions of how to show all articles on category page without clicking on button.

From the above script, Project_family is hardcoded.

How can I pass article label as a variable to the script?

Need a tool with information to help the administrator troubleshoot the system.

We have 3 system admins and sometimes I do not know why certain things happen and need to look for which admin do what at when.

Currently audit log is useless.  It does not capture who create a group, who make changes to a user field, who did what and when.  And no searching or filtering capability make it hard for us to get the information faster.

It is a waste of this home dashboard page that we are not able to customize for the agents.  Please think about this.
