Hello! I'm spending time on my weekend manually moving articles to different sections since I cannot use bulk updates for this. Any status update on this? :)

I agree with the feedback that this is a critical feature. My team will have to spend at least a week this year replacing terms the slow way. I really don't understand why HTML features are important. Most content creators are Technical Writers and know how to leverage HTML and CSS. Content creators that don't know HTML & CSS should learn to use them ASAP.

Is this still relevant with the introduction of tags? I just started testing out tags and I do see tagged articles appearing under "Related articles" but I also see untagged articles that I've recently visited in that list.

This would extremely valuable. We have a lot of restricted content visible to a mix of user segments. Our enterprise-level customers and our independent contractors must log in to view articles in their categories. However, we'd like to make some of these restricted articles accessible via a link so that other users can view restricted articles without logging in to Zendesk. This would be for users who either do not have a Zendesk profile or would not be tagged for inclusion in our user segments. E.g., consumers who use our platform one time or customers of our B2B customers.

Can someone confirm if it is a bug or intended that the Edited column reflects 1 month ago, 2 month ago, etc. (Elizabeth's comment above). This is how ours works too - I would really love to see the exact date rather than rounding and just displaying how many months ago each article was edited.

Thanks - that will be helpful. Could you shed light on the top part of my comment with the screenshot? How does 250 votes - 23 up votes = 204 downvotes when 250-23=227?

I am also trying to figure out the math on this. Looking at one specific article: The report says -204. When I check the source code on the article it says 23 up votes = -204 but 250-23 = 227 so where does the 204 come in?
Another issue: I had to figure out this is all-time votes, not past 30 days, even though I was looking at a report of the past 30 days, which showed 20 views and -204 votes. Since that doesn't make sense I changed the report to All History and see 10,000 views and -204 votes. This should be made clear or show the votes for the timeframe that the report is run instead of for all time. The way it is today the 2 columns do not make sense to be displayed next to each other (views over 30 days / votes from all time).

We need this! I have to report out on article use for a specific project - I could pull 1 report based on labels but instead, I have to manually pull 9 reports every week and review 1x1 to capture all of the articles in various sections. It takes forever.

This would be amazing. I often find myself copy/pasting all the HTML into an external editor to find and replace multiple items and then pasting it back in but it would be great to have that functionality in Zendesk.
