@...  is there any work around for this? Anything in the dev set up that can allow us to have images inline when having secure email attachment engaged?

I believe this is working  now. When I was signed in, I was able reply as a user.  I want my user to be able to reply. I am assuming that reply will be updated for agents in Zendesk so they can see...
