Hello! How do I use `AND` and `OR` operators for various conditions? For example, `(Ticket: Brand is MyBrand AND Assignee is Someone) OR (Ticket: Brand is MyOtherBrand AND Assignee is SomeoneElse)`?
This example doesn't seem to be achievable with “must meet all of these” and “can meet any of these” condition groups currently available.

I couldn't wait for Zendesk to fix this so I started fixing it myself through a Chrome Extension: https://chromewebstore.google.com/detail/zendesk-tweaker/chbflfgphlionkbohnpeoobgkkpidlin
So far, it can move the info bars like “Follow-up to ticket …”, “Follow ups …”, and some others out of the way. The follow-up ticket links are displayed on the upper panel instead of cluttering the working area:
It works fine for my personal use case, but there may be bugs, so use it at your own risk.

Use case:
I have a few personal views that I use. I don't care about the shared view and keep the shared view section collapsed.
Problem:
When I start a new session (e.g., refresh the page or close the browser and open it again), Zendesk expands the collapsed Shared section. That moves my personal views away from the view. See screenshot.
Proposal:
Zendesk should keep the Shared view section collapsed on a new session if it was collapsed on the last session.

Hi! Current screen usage in the ticketing system is ineffective. Some panels are unnecessary and can cover a significant portion of the screen real estate without providing a way to easily close them. That makes reading the tickets more difficult than it has to be. Please see the screenshot with an example.

+1 for the native dark mode support. It would be great if it applied the dark theme based on whether the browser or system is in dark mode.
