We noticed that the @mention functionality also shows users in the suggestion list that are suspended. Expected behavior would be that suspended users cannot be referred to with @mention. 

This is very interesting. Any idea how I can CC the external target automatically upon ticket creation? We want the reply from this specific target to always be public directly without agent touch.

Thanks for your reply. Unfortunately, I don't see Ticket Forms in the list of attributes with the Backlog History dataset.

Is there any chance it will be added?

I have the same question as Bill. I want to see how many open tickets we had with a specific form at the end of each week and show it in a graph together with how many tickets were created that week and how many were solved. Is there any way to accomplish this?
