How do you duplicate the Community Moderator badge?  I would like to be able to identify our moderators on the community pages.

If you upload a file with different hold music, do you have to include your voice greeting on that same file?

It's crazy that we can't do this.  We have more than 100 articles for each of our four brands.  Zendesk really needs to get this on their roadmap!
