Got it! How do I format the text to be a hyperlink?

"Currently, you can include links in the trigger message and they will appear hyperlinked in the widget but you cannot hyperlink parts of the text to lead to a specific URL"

Can you please explain what you mean that they will appear hyperlinked? 

Let me explain what i am trying to do: the triggered message should say "Can we help you? If you want to submit a quote, just click HERE". Is this possible?
