Hi Wayne, Nicole, I'll second that - I need to be able to pass Application ID and API Key as custom headers. Is this possible? Cheers,David.

+1 As per most of the previous comments, we have a key contact in each organisation that we would like to see each and every update to their org's tickets. This feature request is nearly 5 years ...

@Chris Anderson - I've just been looking into this myself, as I too will find it useful. From what I can see, you'll need to set the 'Users' field on your organisation to 'Can view all org tickets'...
