Hello!

Is it possible to use the API to search for tickets containing one term or another? For instance, I would like to retrieve tickets with “Camping Trip” or “Lunch Break”. I am being able to find by one of the terms, but failing to use OR operator to retrieve issues containing either one of them.

Any idea if this is possible?

Using jquery to solve this sounds like a great idea. Any suggestion to implement the same strategy when the form is displayed inside the chat widget? (since the elements do not exist in the ready function, we cannot change them until they appear.
