Anyway to have a macro prepopulate the company/organisation name field? Saves us from having to write the company name each time.

Thanks Gabriel. Light agent would work, but I don't think we have access to it on our Enterprise plan.

Yes that was the issue. I removed it and it worked. Cheers! Sorry one more thing. Is there a way of also changing the size and color of the X which dismisses the confirmation? I thought it might be...
