Today, I can add a condition as the following: Channel is Instagram Direct 

However, I have multiple Instagram accounts added and there is no way to add an individual account as a condition for more granular routing. 

The only workaround present is to assign each Instagram account a different brand, but this would only work for accounts on the enterprise plan most of the time since professional limits us to 5 brands.

This article states wildcards are only supported at the end of searches.

It would help to have leading wildcard support so I can search for users by domain, like this "*@xyzcompany.com"
