I am a Zendesk partner, so I can't really speak for Zendesk. My best guess as to why they haven't added this functionality is that making this available so it can function on all platforms is simply too huge a task to accomplish. So instead Zendesk has made everything you need available so you can tailor build it to your system and your use case.

This is possible to achieve either through the Zendesk SDK's or by building it through the extensive Zendesk API. It's not an out of the box solution I'll admit, but it is possible.

Enable Shared drives in Zendesk Sell
I would love to be able to use a Google shared drive in Sell. Right now its located in My Files on Google drive and it seems a bit insecure to have all documents for deals located on a specific users drive.
Moving it to a Shared drive would make more secure and easier to collaborate on different Deals...

Hi
I want to be able to send beautifully HTML formatted emails from Zendesk Sell - Or at least have the same editor as in Zendesk Support.
Being able to format emails and use them in Sequences would be mega awesome.

They can view publicly available articles and community posts, but since they need to log in to respond or post they can't post or reply to anything in the community if they are suspended in Zendesk. Zendesk support and Guide share the same userbase.

The new status of Away is a great addition to Zendeks Talk - I was hoping for some added functionality though.
It would be great to be able to transfer calls to agents marked as away - That way experts can be available for conferencing on tickets but not participate in answering "normal" calls.
As it is now the only way to be able to transfer a call is to have that agent be online, making it difficult to be an effective team.

This should work:
{% capture today %}{{'now' | date:'%Y-%m-%d'}}{% endcapture %}{{today}}
The output is based on UTC though, so to adjust for another timezone, you'll have to add or subtract the difference in hours. Current Eastern Time would be:
{% capture today %}{{'now' | date:'%s' | minus:14400 | date:'%Y-%m-%d'}}{% endcapture %}{{today}}

One way could be to create their users in your Zendesk and then suspend the ones you don't want to be able to create tickets or log in to the help centre.
