Hi Dan Potts This is possible to achieve either through the Zendesk SDK's or by building it through the extensive Zendesk API. It's not an out of the box solution I'll admit, but it is possible.

Hi Henning If I understand you correctly you have ie added yourself to a ticket as a follower? If that's the case you simply need to "save" the ticket by clicking the "Submit" button in the corner....
