Hi! 

Is it true that messaging messages do not use the alias? In our use case, agents have an alias (Naomi, for example) and yet, in the widget: Zendesk shows the full name (alias is first name only, agent's name in Zendesk is first + last name).

Is there an option with messaging messages to still select the alias?

You can easily achieve this by disabling the option "non-email conversations are public by default"  (Tickets - Settings - comments)

Note from the Zendesk Community Team -- the label for this setting has been updated to “Agent comments on all tickets are public by default", because the setting applies the email channel as well.

Hi there!

Are there any updates planned for this app? Currently we often get the message that certain photos cannot be added to a ticket. Any idea what the reason for this might be?
