How can I search for a chat with chat ID?

The screenshot below from explore illustrates that a chat was assisted by couple agents.

In support the ticket events I found only ona agent engaged in this session.

So what's going on with the others? How can I see the details?

How do end-users read the public reply? I mean trough which channel are they notified,assuming the end-users origninally contacted us via line.

I followed all the step in this article, but the message I send to the line accnout does't not appear in zenDesk support.

I double-checked my configuration in line developer center.

However, we did add another line account in Channel integrations with LINE OA~, and that works. But those tickets do not count in chat explore.
