We have several clients with multiple organizations. I'm not seeing “Organization” in the placeholder list, but I'm also not seeing a way to change organization on a ticket with a trigger. Is there a way to change the organization using a placeholder and/or some other method while forwarding an email?

Post Q&A - Tickets and email

We have one client, whom we've communicated with in the past via Zendesk, recently not receive a response from us. We've responded to two separate tickets. It did not go to their junk/spam but wasn't delivered at all. Is there 1) any way to check deliverability from Zendesk? And 2) are there any current known issues with deliverability to Google?

Dainne Kiara Lucena-Laxamana - that just gives me a single top ticket holder from the whole report, and what I'm wanting is the 1 top ticket holder per organization (so a report would show more than one, but one per org).

Post Feedback - Ticketing system (Support)

Consider adding a "not" operator for searching. In my specific use case, I'd like to search on a specific field that is not none/null (in other words, I want to see all results that aren't empty). Logically, this is similar to Explore's "exclusion" where I can exclude all "null" fields.

Is it possible to also see users who have an organization as their second or third organization and not just their primary organization? We have many users with more than one organization.
