I would very much like to have the option to have more than one value as a condition in order to reveal a specific ticket field or fields.

Hi
I am trying to figure out how to get information (filled fields/custom fields) filled into a new ticket.
ex.
Ticket 1
Status :open
Priority :Urgent
Group :Support
Form:Support v1
Category :phone issue
Ticket 2 (the new ticker)
I want to gety the information in "bold" to be imported to a new ticket, without the new ticket being a follow-up ticket or a side conversation.
I sort of did it using Target, but I need som help manage to do it with webhooks or something else.
Really appreciate help.

I would like to request a feature regarding some form of indicator in a view that a ticket has a side conversation. simply just something like a column option that has a yes/no function to if there is a side conversation in a ticket.

Does anyone know if it is possible to see in a view if a ticket has a side conversation attached to it?
or some tips on how to see this easier than manually go into a ticket?

Is it possible to grant a specific agent access to change groups.
Example
Vi have 2 chat departments and some agents work in both at them but not at the same time, is it then possible to give the agents access to switch between departments?

We are working chat from Support platform, but we cant fin a way to manually send chat transcript.
