It does not make sense to leave the field blank, you either show it or not! At least an option, to choose to see, archived or unpublished articles on the list

Chat widget spam attacks
Enabling the option "Require authentication for request and uploads APIs.", is not avoid spam attacks via the chat widget. In fact, if you try to use the widget, no authentication is been required....

"Anybody can submit tickets" is enabled on our end, but the captcha is not present o the "submit a ticket" form. Any idea why?
