My apologies, I was referring to the conditions in Views. There's no option to add conditions in Views by subject, description only.

I also do not have the dropdown that says "Subject Text Contains." I have Zendesk Enterprise. Was this trigger condition removed?

Hello, If the organization external ID is incorrect, could this lead to the organization not populating when trying to link the end-user to the organization?
