It would be a very nice feature to be able to customize what view an agent can see without having to make a group to apply to the view, especially when we have alot of agents that need access to different views.

Having an option to apply a view to just one agent, then we could have fewer groups to prevent missunderstanding

This would be great.

We have an appointment system that we would love to organize by date/time. If zendesk could read into the subject of the ticket to organize it because we cannot change the subject format
