3. views should include the condition "subject"

So dumb this doesn't exist. Work around is a trigger to tag the ticket if “subject contains” and then make the view condition with that tag.

I'm new to Zendesk and am surprised I can't customize the Dashboard columns. This request is over 3 years old? Can we get an update?
