Hi Mick O'Donnell,
this means that using JWT to authenticate the messaging Widget, if the user doesn't exists in Zendesk, it is created with email address? Now the email information isn't valued in the created user, according with the current "Email addresses in Agent Workspace" limitation.

Hi,
the new Messaging Web Widget doesn't track the "Submitted from" in the ticket.
Is there a way to add the page url submitted from in the zendesk ticket?
Can I do this using SunCo web messenger?

Hi,
if a ticket automatically set Closed on the shared ticket (receiving side), when a new comment is added on the ticket (sender side), the ticket on the receiving side isn't updated because closed.
We thought a follow-up shared ticket was to be automatically created on the receiving side, but that doesn't seem the case.
How can the receiving side be notified that a new comment has been made on the shared ticket?

I can't find how to use the display_info field in the Channel Framework.
Are there default object_info types and data that can be used in the standard zendesk UI?
For example, can I use the object_info field to show a flag in a zendesk comment, as happens for Whatsapp messages?

I have the same problem: ZAFClient.Init() always gets the last ticket opened.
I'm developing a ticket sidebar app and when I navigate on another ticket tab, the client inizialization gets always the informations of last tickets.
How can I solve the problem?
