Really hoping to see the option to set Holidays to start at specific times vs just dates. Was hoping to set everything up so we could have a specific message go out tonight that our team is out for the next week but I am unable to do it automatically. Our team ends at 8pm and I wouldn't be able to schedule it until tomorrow. 

Unless someone has a work around that I can't think of. I have to turn the specific triggers on and off at certain times due to not being able to narrow down to the business hours & holiday.

KommentarWeb Widget documentation

Being able to have more control is a high priority for our widget. We have a footer banner that we have on at all times and we can't use the widget as it blocks our banner. When will this be an option?

Kenny Rohan I believe you are needing to add your ticket form fields into your Dynamic Content and then use those placeholders in the ticket fields: it would look similar to {{dc.jobsite}} instead of Jobsite. Here is an article to help explain this.

Hi Matt,

I am happy to help the best I can. Here is how I did it:

I created the dynamic content first.

Then in the knowledge base, under the home_page.hbs I changed up just the line for the hero-title. Here is the whole section if it helps:


  

    

{{dc 'how_can_we_help'}}


    {{search submit=false instant=true class='search search-full' placeholder="Search..."}}
  

 

I believe that is all that was needed. I am not 100% sure. Lot has happened in past 3 months 😏

Figured this out, had to use dynamic content and do a big run around to get it to work. Not very scalable and more manual work and updates than preferred.

I believe we are having the same issue that Karolina is having. Our help center is not changing the welcome message to the language that is selected. It just stays in English.

This worked. I had to be a bit creative but was able to get it to work. One thing to note, when I replaced the name I had initially forgot the . at the beginning which broke it. In case anyone else runs into an issue.

We are releasing new language support for our app and help center. However, we have a customized Guide theme with direct links on the landing page of our Guide but it links to the English version and we don't want other languages having that options.

So we are trying to come up with some logic that says, if English then show links, if not then hide. 

That is the basic idea behind it.
