I would like to know if we could use the zendesk agent features in our helpdesk app as we would like to create a custom app for the helpdesk agent. That is, can we receive calls, make calls, reply for chat, view tickets, etc from our application.
Is some kind of widget or sdk available for the agents to use for this case?
