I'm trying this out in my sandbox but I'm having trouble getting the signature to fire. I set up a test code to check for a tag in the ticket as you used above, but it doesn't seem to work. Here's the test code I set up:
{% if ticket.tags contains ‘tf_premium_premium_service_member’ %}
A Premium Member
{% else %}
Not a premium member
{% endif %}

Not sure how possible this is, but I'm trying to show the average of two totals. Is there a way to have this calculated and show using the KPI visualization?

We should have the ability to use the ticket assignee's ID as a placeholder in triggers. The only one that we can use is the current user's ID, and that is not always the data that is needed.

I'm trying to do this in my query, but not having any luck. The field I am using is a drop down, so I'm not sure if I should be using something else aside from NULL.

We've had a recent issue where slack channels are not showing up when an agent clicks into side conversations. Previously, all the channels would show in a drop down but now agents have to manually type the channel to even see it. Was there a recent update that could have caused this?
