It looks like I can pull community reports/data from the past 390 days. Is there a way to pull data from further back?

I'm trying to create groups (different than "topics") for specific like-minded individuals within our community. Similar to creating a slack channel. I would also like the ability to make some of those groups private so only certain community members can access them. 

I'm having trouble figuring out how to do this, or if Gather even offers this. Does anybody have any insight into this? Thanks!
