I agree! This would be a good option to have. At minimum it would be nice to have After Hours roll in to a separate IVR. Currently the only options are to be directed straight to voicemail or rollo...

3. Limit agents ability to listen to recordings

I am looking for updates on this as well. We are needing to limit access to voice recordings. I also see a trend in the unresponsiveness from Zendesk when requesting things like this.
