We are experiencing a significant issue where certain characters, such as those used in French and German (e.g., accented letters), are not accepted in email addresses, particularly before the ‘@’ symbol.

⚠️ The Problem
This limitation is preventing us from successfully communicating with our French and German clients, whose email addresses contain these characters. Since there is no comprehensive list of restricted characters or official documentation, it is unclear how to resolve or work around this issue effectively.

✅ Why Does This Matter?

• It would enhance accessibility and inclusion for speakers of languages with specific characters.
• It would reduce frustration when valid email addresses fail verification.

Parece que algunos caracteres no son aceptados al usar un correo electrónico, especialmente antes del ‘@’. Esto puede incluir caracteres especiales o propios de ciertos idiomas, como letras con acentos en francés.

¿Por qué es importante solucionarlo?

Tenemos clientes franceses y alemanes que en sus correos contienen letras que no son aceptadas y por tanto, no es posible comunicarnos con ellos. 

Los siguientes caracteres no son compatibles en las direcciones de correo electrónico: '?, <, >, (, ), [, ], ¥, : , ; , ×, ß'.

Mediante contenido dinámico es posible enviar la encuesta en diferentes idiomas, pero en caso de tener activado hacer una pregunta con desplegable si sale una mala reseña, es posible que se traduzcan también? solamente se envían en el idioma predeterminado en las opciones de configuración y no consigo ver donde modificarlas.

It would be a very good option, since some companies have reduced hours during the holidays, such as the month of August, and it would be of great help.
