@... Thank you for your advice. The tips seems work in the older version, not the newer version. I tried "additional_collaborators" instead of "email_ccs", however still doesn't work the way I expe...

@... Thank you for your information! Unfortunately I couldn't find Dynamic Content menu under the Admin > Manage . We use Support Team edition maybe that's why?
