Hi, 

 

From my side, when I create an article, I mostly add the Youtube tutorial videos. However, if I show the specific time of the video, the ‘Add Video’ feature doesn't recognize the time stamp, resulting in the starting point. Thus, I have to go to the source code and add the time stamp, which is very inefficient if I need to handle with many articles. 

I hope the Zendesk team can improve ‘Add Video’ feature in the Guide.

혹시 ‘Adding Video’ 에 Youtube 링크 및 구간이 설정된 파라미터를 포함하여 등록하면 Youtube 영상은 등록이 되는데 처음부터 시작이 됩니다. 혹시 소스코드 수정 없이 바로 구간 설정된 파라미터와 함께 등록될 수 있도록 할 수 있는 방법이 있을까요?

I am just wondering weather or not this feature has a potential risk to expose the internal ticket conversation to the public. As you know, the ticket has very sensitive private information. If ChatGPT leanred them via the main cloud-based DB, then we indirectly share the private information with them. 

I hope I am not correct but I would like to hear more detailed information about AI summary feature.

Post Feedback - Reporting and analytics (Explore)

I am one of Zendesk users enjoying Zendesk Explore and am pleased to hear the community dashboard is recently launched.  

Our community forum is activated by users and they share their feedback in the comments. Therefore, the comment votes are more important than the post votes for us. However, I cannot analyze the votes for comments via Zendesk Explore. 

If someone can share when the additional matrix or attribute will be developed, that would be very appreciated.
