Is there a way to calculate an average requester wait time per agent over say a quarter? I need to know how long an end users response is sitting before an agent is replying to it. Surprisingly, finding what should be a simple number to calculate has been challenging. Do you have any suggestions?

I am having an issue where my IVR menu will play once and if you press 1 to connect to the first group, the IVR menu will play for a second time. When you press 1 this time, it will connect you to the right group. I have set everything up properly from what I can see, any suggestions?

Can the webhook simply be https://yourdomain.zendesk,com/ [placeholders here] ?

Or does it need to be to a separate website?

Do I always need to have a custom Endpoint URL? Or, can I use my zendesk URL with placeholders as the Endpoint URL?
