WAC Lighting

This is a pretty simple task, I need list of all users who are using Zendesk License either as agent or Admin. I am not able to find any clean list like this.

You are killing us by adding these complicated steps to get a simple reports. It is a simple ask, "need list of agents for whom I am paying you".

I am sorry but going through the thread is not giving me a satisfactory answer. 

This is a very BASIC requirement. I want to know what I paid for.

I hope this request reaches product incharge's ear before customers run out of patience and switch to another helpdesk.
