Hey Zendesk Team.
Do you plan to hold an calls for those on the EAP to get together with the product team? It would be really helpful for us to be able to discuss feedback but also to be able to hear about upcoming releases, bug fixes, roadmap etc... Also helpful for others on the EAP to share success, workarounds.
I'm not sure for example how much longer the product will be in EAP for or when GA is scheduled.

I echo the same. We are in the UK and notice that the 'Make more friendly' response seem quite Americanised.
I mentioned on previous post also about the use of 'yard' as opposed to 'garden'.
Jake Bantz do you guys have EAP calls where those taking part can join and hear about updates and give feedback etc?

Jake Bantz wondering if you have any thoughts on the above. This would be quite a common issue, so wondering if we are doing something, as i dont see many others with the issue?

We are finding that on using Enhance function the To and From names are switched.
This
Became this:
Was To Julia From George, now To George from Julia.
This was the case on an expand and a make more friendly, but didnt happen on a make more formal.
I feel like this is a recent development, as it would surely have been noticed before.

Jake Bantz Customer satisfaction score would also be really interesting. Agent is 87% overall but tickets with Expand usage are 89% vs tickets without at 85% for example.

Brilliant. Yes that works Jake.
I am familiar with the chat GBP interface, but didn't realise i could send instructions in the same way through the Zendesk enhance function.
This works well, but when i send it to be evaluated i can only do so via the enhance options of Expand, make more formal or make more friendly.
What if i am happy with length and friendliness but i just want to translate? Could you add an option of Process per instruction or something.
Found this funny.

Hey all,
First forum post so i apologise if I'm in the wrong place or duplicating a thread.
We turned on the Generative AI today and are so excited to start using it. One thing occurred to me and I'm sure it has to others. I'd be surprised if its not in the road map.
We had a ticket in from a German customer. Language is detected as German (as you'd hope) and the summarise is present to us in English. Brilliant.
We create a reply and enhance it... but we are left with the problem that we are still in english. Will translating the reply be something we can do using enhance or other feature in the future?
I also wonder about localisation. A generative response came back today that mentioned doing 'work in the yard'. In the UK, we would say garden. Is there a way to set localisation preferences like that?
