Missed messaging session is part of the things we are measuring. Can we please ask to have a metric / attribute in Explore that would help us measure this.

We would like to have visibility of missed live messaging session but I'm not sure if there is such an attribute for messaging in explore.

Seeking your help as to how can we get that visibility in messaging channel.

Im testing omnichannel routing, it appears to be working in all channels except in Side Conversations.

Even if I add the routing tag, it still does not auto assign. Is there a configuration that needs to be done on our end? A button to switch? or if Side conversation is not included in the auto assign is there a way for us to get the SC's  auto assigned?
