To clarify the future workflow: Since our instance frequently sets up new brands, with the new Department Spaces, will we need to assign the applicable agents to each new brand manaully after it's set up so they can access and respond to its tickets?

This is a real issue on my side as well. We need a way to send a customer to a voicemail if a Level 2 again is not available or on another call.

I'm not sure why this feature is not the norm. We have multi-branded accounts and this is very time consuming to change article sections one by one.

Is there a way to bulk change the visibility settings of articles? The "Visible Setting" is not even a choice to add a column when looking at the list of articles, which means I need to click into each article to verify what visibility settings has been applied.

We have over 48 different Shopify stores/brands. For some reason the app widgets on the side do not load or take forever to pull the customer information. Is there something we need to configure for these so we see the information faster and consistently ? Or is this another limitation with multi-branded Zendesk installations?

I had a logic issue with some tags that I need to fix/remove on closed tickets using automations. Please advise when this ability will be in place.
Would like an update on this request so I can inform our internal steak holders when I will be able correct these tickets.
