Agreed. I feel like the linked problem ticket field/problem_id isn't all that useful right now, but it could be. Would love to see more functionality built around it like other people have mentioned.

Agreed. Please revert this change. Being able to skip to certain pages was a lot quicker/easier for agents as opposed to clicking "next" a bunch of times to get to the page they need to see.

I agree too. Teams are reaching out to me about having a hard time navigating through tickets. Can we revert this?
