My Team Lead needs to see more Personal views for daily monitoring. I know that we can use Dashboard for this monitoring, but dashboard updates only once per hour but we need more frequent updates.

I would like to suggest a new feature for Guide that will help Agents to monitor their "assigned to me" articles and provide updates earlier.

Feature Request Summary

Allow to set some kind of reminder (e.g. weekly or every 72 hours) for Agents to whom an article has been assigned for some corrections. This will remind Agents that some articles are awaiting their attention.

Use Case

An article has been assigned to Autor to add some details to this article. Due to high load Autor (who is also Support engineer) missed this notification and before he access Guide Admin page and look into "Assigned to me" section he won`t remember about the assigned article.

Maybe this can be implemented similar to Verification process but for Assigned article.

I have received a question from our Publishers team about improving the process of Assigning the article to Author to edit/fix some points. Currently this Assign window is so small that Publishers use another color (e.g. light green) to provide comments to the article, because it is better then to use Assign window...

For some types of articles it would be really useful to allow (maybe by specific setting, not as a default) to notify customers about article updates.
