Seems a shame to loose this feature.  Will customer still be able to resolve from the bots?  Don't get me wrong, Rapid Resolve needed some tagging and other things to make it easier to track or write triggers for, but it seems odd to remove a way for customers to resolve tickets?

Hello,

We would like to trigger account assumption via API but today it can only be done in the Web UI.  Could this feature be made available to trigger via API please?

Agree, this is terrible and annoying.  I think it was happening because I had unread items in the chat.  But if I close it anyway then save this state.  Isn't that what cookies are for?

20 Views, Categorized Views, maybe even Conditional views based on brand,groups, etc.  Anything we could do to improve the functionality on Views would be great.

If I could get a webhook for the logs, then I would happily monitor them in an external system and no need for additional days for logs to be stored.  I'm sure that type of solution isn't for everyone.
